It was a nice run but being a full time teacher, strength coach, father, and husband left little time to put a 100% effort into Intense Training Systems, LLC. and CrossFit Morris County.
We are closing our doors for good on 12/23/09
It was a nice run but being a full time teacher, strength coach, father, and husband left little time to put a 100% effort into Intense Training Systems, LLC. and CrossFit Morris County.
We will operate on a modified schedule for the rest of the month: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday with two sessions at 6AM and 6PM (Friday-5:30PM).
